I became a Tapster to improve myself – to gain more knowledge. There’s nothing I enjoy more than passing on stories and history to my customers.
I loved Pilsner Urquell from the beginning. The taste first, of course, but also the unique story and the relationships I’ve formed since joining the Pilsner family. Our customers in Wald are much more interested in quality than just getting drunk. They come for the beer – they are mostly beer nerds who want an amazing beer that’s perfectly poured for the right reasons.
We’re a local bar that’s proud of the quality of its beer – it’s as simple as that. Our customers see that and respect that. We have a lot of regulars who come back time and time again – they come for the beer and stay for the beer. It’s really the beer that has the good reputation and we’re just using it to bring people in!
If you were a beer, what beer would you be?
I’d be a Mliko. It’s so rich and creamy, and is something that’s a bit different and always attracts attention.
