Hungary has had a good beer culture for centuries. My job is to train bartenders how to pour beer better – usually it takes me a day to properly train four people in a bar. A good Tapster must have passion and a love of beer – they must live the job! My ambition is to be a professional Tapster – not just for Pilsner Urquell but also for every beer in the world. This is the first step for me learning as much as I can about all beer. I read beer books in my spare time. I just like learning about everything!
