My mum and dad were in gastronomy all their lives and I’ve spent 25 years working with beer, 18 as a Tapster. I was born in Plzen, so Pilsner Urquell is in my heart. I feel privileged to have won the Master Bartender competition in 2014. Pilsner Urquell might be one of the most famous breweries in the world but everyone feels like family. I’m lucky to have met some very special people with this beer. I work only in Czech – although I do some work as a Brewery Bartender in Austria, my grandfather’s country. I love this business. My ambition is to make the beer better everywhere and to help make future Tapsters.

If you were a beer, what beer would you be?

Pilsner Urquell of course! It is very drinkable and has a good character, like me. I love it!
